Let me introduce to you the best darn iPhone app ever!
My therapist wanted me to download a mood tracker onto my phone so I ventured on over to the App Store and this is what I came up with.
It is worth checking out. It lets me pick from a range of 10 moods. From there I can journal a bit about why I’m feeling the way I am or about what’s going at the moment. It lets me set distinct reminders to log and random reminders throughout the rest of the day. I can even take a picture of myself or whatever I want at the time. It journals it all. It puts the data into nice little graphs for me. It’s just wonderful!!!
I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and already I’m having “a-ha” moments and “oh my God not again” moments.
